Product images may slightly vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting sources or may differ based on your screen resolution and other settings. Therefore, products cannot be exchanged for this reason. Exchange request will only be catered if a product is defected or a wrong product has been delivered.

1. If delivered product is defective, damaged or incomplete at the time of delivery.

2. The item is faulty or does not match with the original specifications or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered.

3. OzignHome does not offer “Cash Refund” policy on any Purchase.

4. Items bought on full price that are now on sale will be exchanged at the discounted price. 5. Must make order opening video and send that video to the support team/care@ozignhome.com  otherwise, your complaint will not acceptable.

3. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, care labels and unused with the price label.

4. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send the same back to you. 5. Our customer support team may contact you in 24 hours for exchange.

1. If you wish to return or exchange the complete or any portion of your online order, you have to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at your own expense to the following address Head Office “14 Canal Park Gulberg III Lahore”.

2. The products required in exchange will be informed by the customer to the head office through call or WhatsApp, which will be delivered through Courier within 3-4 working days.
